All sales of any Books, eBooks, other Digital Software and Subscriptions (including Indicator Studies and Strategies), and Fragrances are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for these products due to the nature of the content and the product.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by either party.
Cancellation Policy:
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
- Login to Your Account: Access the account created at sign-up and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
- PayPal Cancellation: If you subscribed using PayPal, you can cancel the recurring billing feature directly through your PayPal account.
Important: It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to take the necessary steps to cancel their subscription. While you may send an email to support@thealgotrader.live advising us of your wish to cancel, you must still follow the required steps to ensure your subscription is canceled.
Refund Policy:
Subscription fees are not refunded when a termination is requested by the subscriber. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will become inactive, and the account will be canceled.
Cancellation is not considered official until you receive an email confirmation from PayPal. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact PayPal directly to ensure your cancellation has been processed. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
